Website of “Prayer and Supplication” Int’l Photo Festival Unveiled

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Poster and website of “prayer and supplication” international photo festival were unveiled at a ceremony in Tabriz, Iran.The program was held with the presence of Ali Dannadeh, director general of Islamic Culture and Guidance General Office in East Azerbaijan Province, Mohammad Dadi, cultural-art deputy of the office and members of the executive committee of the festival.The website of the festival at http://en.namazfestival.com/  has been made available in Persian, Arabic and English languages.The third edition of the international festival will be held with the aim of introducing spiritual as well as the cultural aspects of prayers and supplication, identifying the top photos on the themes and strengthening relations and promoting experience exchanges among artists, photographers and activists in religious fields.Prayer and supplication and unity of Islamic Ummah, prayer and supplication and the youth and teenagers, prayer and supplication and Islamic awakening, prayer and supplication and children, prayer and supplication and spirituality and prayer and supplication and the holy defense are among the themes of the festival.April 9 has been announced as the deadline for sending artworks to the secretariat of the festival in Tabriz.This edition of the competition has been organized by the general office in cooperation with the Association of Photography and the Youth Cinema Association.The international festival will conclude in May. /129
